🗓️ Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

  • 07:30 AM: Pick-up from hotel or JKIA

  • Drive south to Amboseli National Park (~4 hrs)

  • Arrive in time for lunch and check-in

  • Afternoon game drive: Expect large elephant herds, giraffes, and views of Mount Kilimanjaro

  • Dinner & overnight at:

🗓️ Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli

  • Early morning game drive: Best chance for clear Kilimanjaro views

  • Return to lodge for breakfast and relaxation

  • Optional cultural visit to a local Maasai village (extra cost)

  • Afternoon game drive or birdwatching by the swamps

  • Dinner & overnight at the same lodge/camp

🗓️ Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru National Park

  • Early breakfast, then depart for Lake Nakuru via Nairobi (~6 hrs drive)

  • Scenic stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint

  • Arrive for late lunch and check-in

  • Afternoon game drive: Look out for white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, lions, and flamingos

  • Dinner & overnight at:

    • 🏨 Mid-Range: Flamingo Hill Camp

🗓️ Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve

  • After breakfast, drive to Maasai Mara (~5–6 hrs)

  • Scenic journey through the Rift Valley and Maasai plains

  • Arrive for lunch and brief rest

  • Evening game drive: Spot elephants, lions, zebras, and cheetahs

  • Dinner & overnight at:

    • 🏕️ Budget: Lenchada Tourist Camp / Miti Mingi Eco Camp

    • 🏨 Mid-Range: Zebra Plains / Mara Chui Camp

    • 🏝️ Luxury: Ashnil Mara Camp / Entim Camp

🗓️ Day 5: Full Day in Maasai Mara

  • Full-day game drive with picnic lunch in the reserve

  • Explore Mara’s famous plains in search of the Big Five

  • Visit the Mara River (especially during migration season: July–October)

  • Optional: Visit a Maasai village in the evening ($30 per person)

  • Dinner & overnight at the same lodge/camp

🗓️ Day 6: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

  • Optional early morning game drive

  • Return for breakfast and check-out

  • Drive back to Nairobi (~5–6 hrs)

  • Lunch en route

  • Drop-off at your hotel or JKIA for evening flight
